At McKeever Teamwear, we are dedicated to ensuring your squad is satisfied with every piece of performance gear, allowing for returns on most items within 28 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made team kits and personalized items with club crests or initials cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Verify that the product is not a custom-manufactured or personalized club item.

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns slip included in your original package, clearly stating your order number and the reason for the return or the details for an exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our distribution center using a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery to our returns department.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
